In the Cake Smash sessions I take care of all the details, I am aware that food is essential in children, that’s why I have different options for the cakes, they can be sweetened with fruit or sweetened with allulose. Also if your baby has any allergy we can handle it, I do not close to different options, it does not always have to be a cake, it can be fruits, donuts, their favorite food, ice cream, there are plenty of things we can use to make their session unique.

I am quite a perfectionist so I love to create unique and personalized scenarios for each of the families, no baby is the same as another, so they deserve to have special and unique photos.

It is important to find someone who has the experience and knowledge to portray your baby, I have over 10 years of experience in child and family photography.

A session with me is more than just photos, I will accompany you throughout the process, I will give you recommendations for the day of your session and even days before.

How to book a Cake Smash photo session?

Booking

Click on the booking button and fill out the form on the page. I will get back to you as soon as possible with a Booking Proposal.

Review & Sign

Once you have reviewed the Booking proposal you can fill out the questionnaire, sign the contract and reserve the day of the session with only $50.

Organization

Once the reservation is made, I will read the questionnaire and contact you to coordinate all the details such as colors and themes of the session.

A week before, I will send you a guide of recommendations and frequently asked questions so you can be prepared. The session takes place two weeks before your baby's birthday, so we can have the digital photos ready for their birthday.

Frequently Asked Questions about Cake Smash Sessions in Orlando

What does the Cake Smash photo session include?

Clothing for the baby, a cake, items and implements for the photo shoot scenario.

*For themed sets you must book at least 1 or 2 months in advance in order to have the props on time. I do have some props for themed scenarios but you should check in advance to confirm availability.

When to schedule the Cake Smash photo session?

Smash Cake sessions need to be planned several weeks in advance as we have partner companies with their own schedules.

If you want to take the plunge and keep these wonderful memories of your baby, we suggest you book a session two months before your baby’s birthday, to be planned by the parents.

Do you take pictures in the bathtub? Milk Bath style?

Yes, we do have the option of the bathtub, which can be included for an additional $70.

How long does the Cake Smash photo session last?

Smash cake sessions last approximately 1 to 2 hours maximum.

When are the Cake Smash sessions held?

Ideally three to two weeks before their birthday so that they can have the digital photographs ready for that day.

My baby has food allergies, can I still have the session?

Yes! Just let me know what they are and I will talk with the baker to adapt the cake to your needs so you can enjoy the session safely. Even the session does not necessarily have to be with cake, there are many options such as a Paint Smash, Smash of your favorite food (for example, pasta) and even fruit.

When will the photos be delivered to me?

A week after the session you will be sent the preview so you can select your favorites, you must select them within 48 hours. The final delivery will be the day before your baby’s birthday. If you need the pictures before to make some kind of decoration at the party the session must be done at least a month or a month and a half before the baby’s birthday.

Can I receive all the photos from the session?

You only receive the photographs indicated in each package and in case you want additional ones, you can get them according to the values indicated in the following section. We do not deliver unedited photographs as I consider that it is to deliver an incomplete work, all photos have a thorough editing work that must be done before delivering them to the family.

What is the Booking Proposal?

It is a proposal that is sent to the family so that they can fill out the questionnaire with important information for the session, such as the attendees, the theme and colors, as well as the contract, the payment methods and the availability of the dates for the session.

Do you have other products available?

Yes, write me and we can find the perfect product to have your baby’s photos in physical, I have a wide variety of printed products of the highest quality as albums, triptychs, printed photos and acrylic portraits.

Can the Cake Smash photo session be for twins?

Yes of course, I love multi-baby sessions, there is a $170 surcharge that includes an assistant, all wardrobe, another cake, props and baby photos together and separately.
